3. Read the text


The school report card issued to students
The grade explanation found on the report card explains the academic marks that the student can receive.
If the student receives an A, that means that they are doing markedly superior work.
If a student receives a B, then that means that they are doing superior work.
If they receive a C, they are doing satisfactory work.
If the student receives a D, that means that they need to improve, and if they receive an F, that means that they are making little or no progress.
