Who we are
Revolution English engages immigrants through our innovate English language program that delivers daily English lessons through Facebook Messenger. Our goal is to help immigrants practice English every day so that they learn English faster, get good jobs and have access to important information (such as healthcare, citizenship, workers rights), and participate in all aspects of life in the U.S. Revolution English was conceived in partnership with the Center for Community Change and more than 30 local immigrant organizations who are part of the Fair Immigrant Rights Movement. We’re a young organization, but have had massive breakthroughs. In the last year, we’ve grown to become the nation’s largest media platform for immigrants, with nearly half a million subscribers. We’re also well on our way to becoming financially self-sustaining. We think big, but get in the details everyday using lean experimentation principles, and a data-driven, experiment-oriented approach. We’re a diverse team of entrepreneurs who love A/B tests, excel spreadsheets, and making lasting, positive social change.
Who we’re looking for
A mission-driven person, who is passionate about using technology to improve the lives of immigrants in the United States. You will be assisting in the continuous improvement of our mobile-English learning program on Facebook messenger and other platforms, including providing daily technical and administrative support, content development, data collection, and customer support. In other words, you are both a collaborative team-player, and a self starter who can learn new emerging technologies and get into the nitty-gritty of working in a data-driven media organization that seeks to improve the lives of immigrants.
You’ll be a key member of a small team and learn the ins and outs of a startup. We want someone who wants to be part of something new and wants to learn — a lot. We need someone who is coachable, nimble, supportive and forward thinking. We are also looking for someone who wants to grow with the organization and who is excited about developing their entrepreneurial game to advance the rights of immigrants in the U.S.

Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 depending on relevant professional experience. A competitive benefits package includes health care coverage; parental leave; educational loan assistance; retirement plan; as well as paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
