The national parks give you that sense of awe and wonder of nature.
The fact that they are pristine and essentially the way that they were ten thousand and maybe even a million years ago makes it even more significant. It gives us a sense here in America where we don’t have a lengthy history, helps us understand where we are going…gives us a looting in something that is forever.
The national parks gives a sense of foundation, and we need that.
