[accordion_item title=”Can I choose my tutoring session?” parent_id=”my-accordion”]Yes. You can choose any of the tutoring sessions. We will send you email and text reminders each week about open tutoring sessions. [/accordion_item]

[accordion_item title=”Do I have to take a test before starting?” parent_id=”my-accordion”]You will be placed into your first tutoring sessions based on your own self-evaluation. Your tutor will assess your English level and adjust your program level if needed.[/accordion_item]

[accordion_item title=”Who will be in the tutoring sessions?” parent_id=”my-accordion”]There will be a tutor and 1-3 other students in each session. Meet some of our tutors here.[/accordion_item]

[accordion_item title=”What happens in the tutoring sessions?” parent_id=”my-accordion”]Each tutoring session has a theme and discussion questions for you and your tutor. Your tutor will help you practice the specific English skills that you need in your work and life.[/accordion_item]

[accordion_item title=”How will I know that I’m making progress?” parent_id=”my-accordion”]Every two months, your progress will be assessed by your tutor. We particularly focus on conversational improvement–can you understand and speak English clearly.[/accordion_item]

[accordion_item title=”I don’t know any English. Can this program work for me?” parent_id=”my-accordion”]Yes! We have many beginner students in our program who make great progress. Starting to learn a language is hard, but our tutors will guide you through the process.

[accordion_item title=”How much does it cost?” parent_id=”my-accordion”]We are a nonprofit dedicated to supporting immigrants in the United States, so we keep our tuition low. Our Coach program (1 session per week) is $29.00 per month. Our Intensive program (3 sessions per week) is $68.00 per month. See full pricing details here.

[accordion_item title=”How can I pay?” parent_id=”my-accordion”]You can pay with a credit or debit card online. Your credit card will be charged every month. You may cancel at any time. [/accordion_item]

[accordion_item title=”Can I cancel and get my money back?” parent_id=”my-accordion”]Yes–if you cancel within the first 30 days, you will get a full refund of your first payment and no future payments will be charged. After the first 30 days, you can cancel your participation in the program at any time and incur no further charges. [/accordion_item]
